I listen to people's stories and I watch people play. As a cultural sociologist, I use a range of ethnographic methods to create socially relevant insights about how people use digital tools in their day to day lives. I work with strategists, engineers, and designers to understand the intersection between people and new technologies. I write and give talks about my observations & findings.
